السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ
Light for the heart,
for every state you're in.
A gentle companion that meets you exactly where your heart is right now, whether anxious, grieving, grateful, or restless, and answers with an authentic du'a, a breath of dhikr, and calm. No pressure. No judgment.
Maybe this isn't for you
You don't have to call it “mental health.”
You just have to be honest about how your heart is.
Some nights simply sit heavier than others. You don't need a diagnosis, the right words, or even much Arabic to deserve a moment of stillness. You just need somewhere quiet to turn, before the scroll, before the worry loops back around.
This isn't therapy, and it never pretends to be. It's just a light left on for you.
The front door
How is your heart right now?
Naming a feeling is the first mercy. Choose what's closest, and receive one fitted, authentic du'a, every word carrying its source. No streaks. No clock. Just this.
The fastest way home
When the mind races, the body can lead it back.
A slow inhale, a long exhale, a name of Allah on each breath. Try a single round, right here.
One slow breath. Read along, or just watch the light.
Pain is not a sign of weak faith.
The Prophet ﷺ grieved. Ya'qub (AS) wept until his sight dimmed. The Qur'an names distress, grief, and fear without ever condemning them. If the prophets felt the weight of this world, your heart is in honoured company.
Faith and care are partners, not rivals.
Seeing a doctor or a counsellor is itself part of أَخْذ بِالْأَسْبَاب (taking the means), fully at home with tawakkul. We'll always point you toward people who can help, never away from them.
Never the last resort. Never the only one.
Du'a, dhikr, and sabr are sources of comfort and meaning, not a cure to be earned, and not a replacement for the help a real person can offer. You are allowed to need both.
A quiet room, always open
Small comforts, kept close
An authentic library
Du'a mapped to feeling and need, each one sourced, graded, and gently translated. Authenticity over abundance.
Reflection cards
One calm thought at a time: a verse, a name of Allah, a gentle reframe. Finite decks that end softly. No endless feed.
Nasheeds for the state
Vocals-only balm, ad-free, organised by mood: for calming, for hope, for grief, for gratitude.
A private place to name it
Journaling that lives on your device. End-to-end encrypted if you ever sync. The server can never read your heart.
